About our teachers/party facilitators

Our experienced music teachers/ party leaders create Music Magic for memorable parties to suit the age and needs of your child. They are the teachers that take sessions in our studios or in child care centres and schools. They are fully qualified to run a music session with children, and have experience being party leaders. What we do

1yr - 5yrs will sing dance and play, using a variety of puppets, props and instruments. The children will experience a range of beautiful instruments, including gathering drums. We will sing a beautiful pop up picture story book.

Parents are welcome to stay and join in. Due to the nature of our live presentation we will ask parents who wish to catch up to do so over tea/coffee and not during the children's session.

School age children will learn a folk dance, sing and play a variety of tuned and non-tuned instruments- drums, xylophones, boom whackers, tubular bells, triangles, shekeres, agogo bells, tambourines, maracas, guiros, etc. Learn some fabulous African drumming rhythms. Back to top

Costs and duration

Parties run for 1 hour and 20 minutes. This includes a 55 minute Magical Music session followed by 20 minutes of eating and the Happy Birthday song.

Minimum cost for a party is $195.00. This will cover the first 13 children including the Birthday girl/boy. Each additional child will cost $15.00.

We supply the invitations, the teacher and edutainment, you supply the food and birthday cake. (We suggest you keep it simple)

A $50 non refundable deposit is required when booking your child's party. Back to top

Venue options

We will run parties in our studio in Elsternwick or for those who prefer to party in your own house/venue, our staff comes to you.You will need an open space for the party (depending on numbers) You will need to accommodate non participating adults in an area where they will not disrupt the party. Our Main studio is in Elsternwick but we can help you to locate a hall near you in which our highly qualified and experienced staff can run your child’s party and help to make the day special. School aged children

School aged children dance folk dances, sing together and play a fabulous range of instruments. They work to produce a fabulous piece within the session, all contributing in their own special way. The teamwork and comradery is great to be a part of. Music has a magic way of bringing people together. A great way to celebrate a birthday.
